REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
IRELAND FELLOWS PROGRAMME DATABASE DEVELOPMENT
The Irish Council for International Students (ICOS) invites suitably
qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the development of a
Fellowship database for the Ireland Fellows Programme. We are seeking
a qualified and experienced vendor to design, develop, and implement a
robust database system which can be used to manage the Fellowship
programme effectively.

Deadline for submissions is 5pm * December
*. Proposals should clearly indicate the
following:
* The timeframe from project commencement to completion
* Earliest availability to commence the project
* Details of proposed database, in line with the scope of work
* Breakdown of budget
* Details of personnel working on the project
